WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Currently I only accept local bank transfer for Malaysia billing address.
For International buyers please visit my Etsy shop.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I only accept return request for faulty products.
Personal dissatisfaction of sizes/ colours or others reason are not acceptable.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
HOW FAST WILL YOU DISPATCH MY ORDER?
Orders will be confirmed upon receiving your payment.
Please allow 3-5 working days to pack and ship your orders.
Orders will be shipped with a tracking number, and I'll send an email to you once the package has been dispatched.
Shipping price (within Malaysia only) usually cost RM4 and above depends on items weight.
